The game is classified as a sorting and organization simulation with a supernatural theme. The player assumes the role of a caretaker tasked with managing a haunted mansion. The objective is to categorize and store a variety of spectral objects, including ghostly artifacts, enchanted trinkets, and cursed relics, into designated containers. Each level presents a new room or area within the mansion, cluttered with items that must be sorted by type, color, or magical property. The game features a point-and-click interface and a timer-based scoring system. Visual design employs a muted color palette with high-contrast highlights to distinguish item categories. Sound design includes ambient creaks and whispers that change based on the player’s sorting accuracy. The game contains no narrative dialogue; progression is indicated solely by the completion of sorting tasks and the unlocking of new rooms. Difficulty increases through the introduction of more item categories, faster timers, and environmental hazards such as moving furniture or flickering lights that obscure items.

Gameplay and controls are executed through a single mouse or touch input. The player selects an item by clicking or tapping on it. Once selected, the item is highlighted and can be dragged to a corresponding container. Each container is labeled with a symbol or color representing a specific category, such as “Haunted Books,” “Cursed Jewels,” or “Spectral Dust.” Releasing the item into the correct container registers a successful sort and adds points to the score. An incorrect placement results in a time penalty and a brief visual shake of the container. The player must sort all items in a room before the timer expires to advance. A progress bar at the top of the screen displays the remaining items and time. Special items, marked with a glowing aura, require a double-click to activate a secondary sorting rule before placement. The game also includes a “panic button” in the upper-right corner that, when pressed, temporarily freezes the timer for five seconds. This button has a cooldown of thirty seconds. No keyboard shortcuts are available; all interactions are performed through the pointing device. The game does not support multiplayer or online leaderboards.
