The primary objective is to navigate a large, open-world map representing a fictional metropolitan area and its surrounding highways, ensuring that each transported vehicle reaches its designated drop-off point without damage, traffic violations, or theft. The game emphasizes procedural compliance, requiring the player to follow traffic laws, secure loads properly, and manage time constraints. A key feature is the dynamic environment, which includes changing weather conditions, road construction, and random events such as accidents or attempted hijackings. The simulation aims for a moderate level of realism, incorporating vehicle physics that affect handling based on the weight and type of cargo being towed or carried on a flatbed truck. The game does not include a narrative campaign but instead offers a series of escalating contracts that increase in complexity and distance.

Gameplay is structured around accepting transport contracts from a central dispatch menu. The player begins each mission by driving a designated tow truck or flatbed carrier to the location of the target vehicle. Controls are divided into driving and cargo management. Standard driving controls include the W, A, S, and D keys for movement, the space bar for the handbrake, and the mouse for camera rotation. The left mouse button activates the horn, while the right mouse button engages the siren and emergency lights. To secure a vehicle, the player must align the carrier with the target vehicle and press the E key to initiate the loading sequence. A contextual menu appears, allowing the player to attach tow cables, raise a flatbed, or use wheel clamps. The player must then press the F key to confirm the load is secure. During transit, the player must obey speed limits, stop at traffic lights, and use turn signals (Q and E keys) to avoid penalties. The interface displays a speedometer, a damage indicator for the cargo, and a minimap showing the route to the destination. Upon arrival, the player presses the R key to initiate the unloading sequence, which mirrors the loading process in reverse. Failure to secure the load properly results in cargo damage or loss, reducing the mission payout. The game also includes a free-roam mode where the player can explore the map without mission objectives.
