The game contains 150 levels, organized into five thematic chapters: Household, Nature, City, Fantasy, and Abstract. Difficulty increases progressively, with later puzzles requiring attention to subtle details such as shadow direction, object scale, or mechanical function. The game does not include timers, scoring, or penalties for incorrect attempts, allowing unrestricted exploration of each image.

Gameplay and controls are limited to a single screen per puzzle. The player views a static image and must locate the one element that is logically or physically impossible within the scene. Interaction is performed exclusively via a pointing device, such as a mouse or touchscreen. To select a suspected anomaly, the player clicks or taps directly on the element in question. A correct selection triggers a brief visual confirmation, such as the element fading or being replaced with a corrected version, and advances the game to the next puzzle. An incorrect selection produces a subtle visual cue, such as a brief shake of the screen or a small red X appearing at the click location, but does not deduct points or reset progress. The player may attempt an unlimited number of selections on any puzzle. No hints or skip functions are provided. The interface consists solely of the puzzle image, a level counter in the top-left corner, and a small menu button in the top-right corner that allows the player to return to the chapter selection screen or quit the game. No keyboard shortcuts or alternative control schemes are supported.
