Gameplay and controls are based on a point-and-click or tap interface. The player selects a tile by clicking or tapping on it. A valid selection highlights the tile. The player then selects a second tile of the same icon. If a clear path exists between the two tiles that does not exceed two 90-degree turns and is not blocked by other tiles, the connection is drawn as a straight line, and both tiles are removed from the grid. If the path is invalid, the selection is cleared, and the player must try again. The game provides a visual indicator of the path before finalizing the connection. On PC, the mouse is used for selection; on mobile, touch input is used. A timer or move counter is displayed at the top of the screen. The player can use a hint button, which highlights one valid pair, but this consumes a limited resource per level. A shuffle button rearranges all remaining tiles on the grid, also with a limited number of uses. The game ends when all tiles are cleared, resulting in a level completion, or when the move limit or time limit expires, resulting in a failure. The player can restart the current level at any time.
