Life Simulator Rise & Legacy is a single-player life simulation video game developed by Stardust Interactive and released in 2023. The game presents a procedurally generated world where a player character is born into a specific historical era, ranging from prehistoric times to a futuristic spacefaring society. The core objective is to guide a single character from birth through death, accumulating skills, wealth, relationships, and reputation. Upon the character's death, the game transitions to a legacy mode, where the player assumes control of a descendant, inheriting a portion of the previous character's assets, social standing, and genetic traits. The game world persists across generations, with events such as wars, plagues, technological breakthroughs, and environmental changes occurring dynamically based on player actions and random chance. A key feature is the simulation of a fully simulated economy and social hierarchy, where non-player characters (NPCs) form families, start businesses, and engage in politics independent of the player. Gameplay is controlled through a point-and-click interface with keyboard shortcuts. The main screen displays the character's current location, a status bar showing health, hunger, happiness, and energy, and a timeline indicating age. Players select actions from context menus, such as "Work," "Socialize," "Learn," or "Travel." Each action consumes time, represented by a day-night cycle. The character's age advances after a set number of actions. Controls include left-click to select objects or NPCs, right-click to open detailed interaction menus, and the spacebar to pause or resume time. The "E" key opens the inventory, "T" opens the skill tree, and "M" opens the world map. The "F" key toggles a family tree view, showing all living descendants and their relationships. The "L" key opens the legacy ledger, displaying inherited traits and assets from previous generations. The mouse wheel zooms the camera in and out on the current location. The game saves automatically at the end of each in-game day, with manual save slots available via the "Esc" menu.
