The game is controlled via touch input. The player taps the screen to make the cat jump. A longer tap results in a higher jump. Double-tapping performs a double jump. Swiping downward while in the air initiates a ground pound, which destroys certain obstacles. The cat automatically runs forward at a constant speed that increases incrementally with distance. Obstacles include gaps, walls, moving barriers, and enemy birds. Collision with any obstacle ends the run. Coins appear in floating patterns and are collected by passing through them. Fish tokens appear less frequently and grant a temporary invincibility state for five seconds. The game pauses automatically when the player lifts a finger from the screen. No tilt or accelerometer controls are used. The interface displays current score, high score, coin count, and a distance meter in the upper corners. A pause button in the top center stops the game and presents options to resume or quit.
