Items are obtained from two sources: a passive generator (a cauldron that produces basic items over time) and a shop accessed via an on-screen icon. The shop sells limited quantities of basic items for candy corn. The player’s objective is to complete orders displayed in a sidebar panel. Each order requires specific merged items, which are dragged from the board into a designated drop zone. Completing an order rewards currency and experience. Energy is required to perform merges and to activate the cauldron; energy regenerates slowly over real time or can be replenished with ghost coins. The player navigates the game world by tapping arrows on the edges of the screen to scroll between areas, such as the pumpkin patch, the graveyard, and the haunted house. A settings menu allows adjustment of sound volume and toggling of notifications. No keyboard or controller support is provided.
