Description

Avatar World Dream City is a mobile sandbox simulation game developed for Android and iOS platforms. The game presents a virtual environment where players construct and manage a personalized urban landscape. The setting is a colorful, two-dimensional city populated by customizable avatar characters. Players are tasked with designing residential areas, commercial districts, and recreational zones using a grid-based building system. The game features a day-night cycle that affects the behavior of non-player characters (NPCs) and the visual appearance of the city. Resources such as coins and gems are earned through completing tasks, collecting rent from buildings, and participating in limited-time events. The world is persistent, meaning changes made by the player remain saved across sessions. The game includes a social component where players can visit other users’ cities and exchange gifts. No narrative or story-driven objectives are present; the primary goal is open-ended creative expression and resource management.

Instructions

Gameplay and controls are executed through a touch-based interface. The main screen displays the city from a top-down perspective. Players navigate the map by dragging a single finger across the screen. Pinching two fingers zooms the view in and out. To place a building, the player taps the construction menu icon, selects a category (e.g., houses, shops, decorations), and then taps a vacant plot of land. The building is constructed instantly if sufficient resources are available. Moving an existing structure requires a long press on the object, followed by dragging it to a new location. Deleting an object is done by tapping it and selecting the trash icon. Avatar characters are controlled by tapping on them, which brings up a menu for changing outfits, hairstyles, and accessories. To interact with NPCs, the player taps on the character, then selects an action such as “talk” or “give gift.” The resource bar at the top of the screen displays current coin and gem counts. Tapping the coin icon opens the shop for purchasing items. The settings menu, accessed via a gear icon, allows adjustment of sound volume and notification preferences. No keyboard or external controller is supported.
